About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Account Identification & Research
- Identify and segment high-potential advertisers, publishers, and partners based on business goals and market fit.
- Research target companies to understand their ad strategies, audience focus, and monetization challenges.
- Build detailed profiles and engagement strategies for each priority account.
Multi-Channel Campaigns
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns tailored to specific accounts through
LinkedIn, personalized emails, and targeted social media engagement.
- Create and adapt marketing content — including case studies, landing pages, and creative posts — that address the unique needs of each audience segment.
- Partner with the sales team to align on messaging, timing, and follow-up actions for account outreach.
Event Marketing & Engagement
- Plan and coordinate
virtual and in-person events, webinars, or roundtables
aimed at attracting and engaging decision-makers from target accounts. - Support participation in
industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
to generate leads and strengthen relationships. - Collaborate with design and content teams to create pre-event promotions, on-ground materials, and post-event engagement plans.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Engage with target audiences through LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms by sharing thought leadership content and participating in relevant conversations.
- Work with the social media team to highlight success stories, product updates, and event moments that appeal to key prospects.
- Monitor engagement trends and optimize messaging for higher visibility among targeted profiles.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance, event impact, and engagement outcomes for targeted accounts.
- Analyze insights and feedback to refine outreach and content strategies.
- Present recommendations for strengthening account relationships and driving higher conversions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or AdTech marketing/sales.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, event marketing, and social media engagement.
- Excellent research, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate account insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Organized, collaborative, and proactive approach to project execution.
