Enables effective monetization, user acquisition, uplift revenue and analyzes business growth all in a single place. As a Backend Engineer, you’d be contributing directly to the core engineering behind below features of “Pubscale” :

Native, non-intrusive ad formats with features like smart caching, priority loading, and adaptive refresh deliver better UX and higher monetization without annoying popups

Monetization via Google Ad Manager + premium demand partners and an AI-driven UA engine (GROW) with free credits and optimization support

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices in Go to power our SDKs, ad delivery, and analytics platform
• Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices and data pipelines for real-time processing
• Drive end-to-end feature development in collaboration with Mobile, Analytics, and Data teams
• Continuously optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across services and infrastructure
• Influence architecture and technical direction, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and future-ready

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of production experience with Go (Golang), with a strong grasp of its concurrency model—goroutines, channels, and mutexes
• Proven expertise in building scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed backend systems
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes(K8s), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB & BigQuery, with caching tools such as Redis to enhance performance
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with code profiling and performance tuning using tools like pprof

• Prior work in product-focused or startup environments
