About the Role:

Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline & Brand Marketing:

  • Plan and execute

    creative offline campaigns

    , collaborations, and activations that build visibility and drive footfall.
  • Work on

    local marketing initiatives

    , including partnerships with relevant vendors, communities, and businesses.
  • Event Management:

  • Plan and manage

    in-house and external events

    – from concept to execution.
  • Ensure flawless coordination, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
  • Social Media & Content:

  • Oversee

    social media strategy and execution

    across platforms in coordination with the digital team.
  • Ensure brand voice is maintained across online and offline touch points.
  • Creative Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute

    innovative marketing campaigns

    aligned with brand identity.
  • Work closely with designers, agencies, and content creators to produce engaging material.
  • Team Collaboration & Building:

  • Build and lead a small marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, design, and leadership to align marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and events.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years

    of relevant experience in marketing, especially in

    offline marketing

  • Prior experience in the

    F&B or hospitality sector

    is a

    must

    .
  • Startup experience

    is a strong bonus.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong understanding of

    consumer behavior, brand building, and engagement strategies

    .
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content development.
  • Proficiency in working with agencies, vendors, and local partners.
  • Degree in

    MBA (Marketing)

    or

    Bachelor’s in Marketing

    or a related field.
