Job Description

Role Overview:

Talent Acquisition Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels across departments (kitchen, service, admin, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent from the hospitality sector.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Manage onboarding processes ensuring a smooth joining experience.
  • HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Handle payroll processing, Provident Fund (PF) registrations, and ESI.
  • Oversee statutory compliances and coordinate with labor offices as required.
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and adhered to across departments.
  • Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Build a positive workplace culture and encourage high employee morale.
  • Exit Formalities:

  • Conduct exit interviews, manage final settlements, and ensure clearance of formalities.
  • Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, compliance, etc.
  • Work closely with department heads and management for manpower planning and resource allocation.


Candidate Requirements:

  • MBA In HR or equal background
  • Minimum

    6–8 years

    of HR experience, preferably in

    hospitality or F&B industry

    with

    premium restaurant exposure

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    labor laws

    , statutory compliance, PF/ESI processes, and HR operations.
  • Proven track record in

    talent acquisition

    and handling

    end-to-end employee lifecycle

    .
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Willingness to work

    flexible hours

    and be available during peak operational times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with precision.
