Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Executive – Investor, Talent, and B2B Sales Branding, based in Bangalore (HSR Layout) with flexibility for remote work.
The role involves driving marketing initiatives that position FinKraft as a leading automation and SaaS brand across investor, recruitment, and enterprise ecosystems.
The Marketing Executive will strategize and execute targeted campaigns for investors, build the employer brand to attract top talent, and support enterprise sales through digital storytelling and outreach campaigns. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration with leadership, sales, and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Branding
Design marketing assets (presentations, decks, case studies) to highlight FinKraft’s growth story and market traction.
Manage LinkedIn and PR campaigns to strengthen brand visibility with investors and partners.
Collaborate with leadership to communicate product innovation and client success narratives.
Talent Branding
Build employer branding campaigns to attract top-tier talent from technology and business domains.}
Leverage LinkedIn ads, targeted content, and recruitment collaborations to enhance hiring conversions.
Enterprise Sales Support
Create and manage B2B marketing content including whitepapers, client success stories, and case studies.
Run digital outreach campaigns supporting enterprise sales and lead generation.
Vendor & Campaign Management
Coordinate with external agencies for PR, recruitment marketing, and ad campaigns.
Track campaign metrics — engagement, conversions, and ROI — ensuring measurable outcomes.
Performance & Reporting
Report on KPIs for investor engagement, recruitment efficiency, and sales impact.
Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data and insights.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or financial technology sectors.
Experience in investor relations marketing, employer branding, and enterprise lead generation.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads, email marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and campaign analytics.
Proficient in managing vendors, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced, multi-project environments.
