Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role, based in Erode. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute effective marketing strategies, conduct market research, and oversee branding initiatives to drive awareness and sales. This role includes collaborating with sales and product teams, managing customer relationships, and analyzing consumer trends to enhance marketing campaigns. The Specialist will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting promotional activities to establish and expand the company’s presence in the nutraceutical and sustainable food industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to evaluate industry trends and consumer needs to guide marketing decisions.
• Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns and driving revenue growth.
• Proactive problem-solving skills alongside the ability to multitask and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms is preferred.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
