Role Description

 Collect, identify, and curate native plants and flowers for preservation

 Lead herbarium techniques, including pressing, drying, and color retention

 Guide design teams on plant suitability for botanical frames

 Research native flora for artistic and conservation value

 Conduct staff and artisan training on plant handling and preservation

 Document plant data, collection records, and preservation outcomes

 Innovate new botanical art concepts in line with market trends

Qualification

 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture, or relevant fields

 Experience in herbarium preparation or botanical collections is desirable

 Artistic sense and creativity in botanical arrangements

 Good communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills

 Fieldwork interest for local plant collection
