With ARR scaling fast, we’re looking for a finance leader to *own all numbers across the company* — from collections and vendor payouts to SaaS metrics and investor reporting.

### 💡 *You will:*

•⁠ ⁠Own *billing, collections, vendor payouts & cash forecasting*

•⁠ ⁠Keep books clean in *Zoho Books/Tally* and ensure GST/TDS compliance

•⁠ ⁠Track & report *delivery KPIs, sales performance, and SaaS metrics* (ARR, CAC, churn, burn multiple)

•⁠ ⁠Drive *monthly MIS, profitability reporting, and book closing* for all entities

•⁠ ⁠Manage *monthly payroll, salary slips, returns, Form 16, PF, ESIC, PT*

•⁠ ⁠Handle *foreign exchange management, FLA returns, and group entity payments*

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with banks for *credit, negotiations, and cashflow support*

•⁠ ⁠Partner with founders on *budgeting, headcount ROI, and fundraising prep*

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate with enterprise clients/vendors while championing *frugality*

### 🎯 *You are:*

•⁠ ⁠4–8 yrs experience in finance, preferably in *startups/scale-ups*.

•⁠ ⁠*Hands-on operator*: can do entries today and build strategy tomorrow.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in *Excel/Sheets* and *automation/dashboards*.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable across *AR/AP cycles, SaaS metrics, and compliance*.

•⁠ ⁠Hungry to grow into a *CFO-track role*, not just maintain books.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience
• Proficient in Tally and Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and payroll processing
• Experience handling multi-entity accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and timelines

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in startup or SME environments
• Hands-on with financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Knowledge of banking procedures, credit management, and fund raising
