Description
As the Lead Fund Raising & Strategic Initiatives at Finkraft, you will be driving Finkraft's strategic growth, fundraising efforts, and product innovation in the forefront of fintech innovation. Your role will involve spearheading the growth strategy, product-market alignment, fundraising activities, and revenue optimization to ensure scalable and profitable growth. You will be responsible for leading fundraising initiatives with VCs and Family Offices, developing pitch decks, financial models, and investor reports, as well as crafting data-driven financial storytelling. Collaborating with the CEO and CFO, you will structure funding rounds and ensure alignment with the company's vision. In terms of financial strategy, you will be creating a 5-year financial roadmap, defining pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches, and aligning pricing with customer acquisition and retention goals. Additionally, you will perform build vs. buy analysis for tech enhancements, align the product roadmap with market needs, and drive strategic partnerships for enterprise GTM strategy and market positioning. Your expertise in SaaS and fintech will be crucial, as you will be tracking key metrics such as CAC, ARR, and LTV, refining product features based on metrics, establishing data-driven pricing and retention strategies, and prioritizing features based on ROI projections. Moreover, your experience in investor relations, strategic thinking, product and technology acumen, and exceptional communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
