Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the UX practice and foster organization-wide adoption of UX design philosophy across various ad products, customer-facing dashboards, internal admin tools, SaaS tools, and owned and operated websites and apps. - Engage in the product design process from problem definition to detailed visual design; articulate design solutions through wireframes (low and high-fidelity), define information architecture, create user flow diagrams, storyboards, sitemaps, prototypes, and design system development. - Dive deep into data to derive insights across channels, countries, and languages to deliver optimal levels of user engagement. - Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that enhance engagement, promote cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate a user-centric design culture. - Develop design experiences for high-impact audiences and data-driven design solutions that drive tangible value, enrich user engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. - Conduct user testing sessions, user interviews, and research phases to validate and bolster solutions through User Research and Testing. - Ensure adherence to design best practices and standards, maintain design consistency across product platforms in alignment with Affinity Design System, and conduct UX Audits to enhance quality. - Lead, mentor, recruit talent, cultivate a high-performing UX team equipped with diverse design tools (e.g., Figma), create and manage a team management framework, closely collaborate with UX team members, and assign them KPIs and objectives to achieve UX Success metrics. Required Skills: - Possess 10+ years of UX experience in consumer-facing digital apps/websites, with a preference for advertising and media experience, and have led teams in SaaS/B2B environments for at least 4 years. - Proficient in design tools like Figma, design systems, responsive web design, and accessibility standards. - Familiar with user research methodologies, usability testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing. - Understand web technologies, agile methodologies, and collaborate effectively with developers. - Exceptional skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing, user flows, mapping, and information architecture. - Fluent in design tools such as OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Invision, and other UX/prototyping software. - Possess a clear understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript capabilities and limitations, and developing platforms. - Exhibit a knack for analyzing analytics and behavioral insights to generate new experiments and enhance products for an improved user experience. - Knowledgeable about usability principles, graphic styles, composition rules, web design best practices, usability patterns, and current UI/UX trends. - Ability to translate complex interactions into intuitive user experiences. - Flexible, curious, creative, open to new ideas, and dedicated to user empathy. Desired Skills: - Showcase a diverse UX Design portfolio across various design challenges. - Proficient in advanced design concepts like AI-driven personalization, motion design, and enterprise SaaS workflows. - Familiarity with emerging technologies such as no-code platforms, ML applications in UX, and AR/VR interfaces. - Skilled in measuring design ROI, SaaS metrics, executive presentation, and have received recognition through awards, conference speaking engagements, or published thought leadership. - Knowledge of Web, iOS (HIG), and Android (Material Design) guidelines. - Experience in user testing and web analytics. - Ability to give and receive constructive feedback gracefully. - Understand general project management practices. - Vision for optimizing collaboration between designers and developers.,
