Specialist FP&A (Financial Analytics)

As a Specialist FP&A (Financial Analytics) at Verint, you will be a crucial part of the Center of Excellence team in Bangalore, supporting various deliverables such as Board Metrics, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic analytics for SaaS business performance. Your role will involve driving the preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations, collaborating with business leaders to build economic models, supporting corporate FP&A cycles, ensuring accurate reporting of KPIs, and translating analytical insights into compelling narratives for executive consumption. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations for QBRs, board meetings, monthly reporting, and CFO reporting packages. - Collaborate with business leaders to build and refine economic models across sales, customer success, marketing, and R&D investments. - Support recurring corporate FP&A cycles (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning) with high-quality financial analytics. - Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure consistent, automated, and accurate reporting of KPIs. - Translate analytical insights into compelling narratives and visualizations for executive consumption. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Analytics. - 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, or Strategy roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs, and financial performance drivers. - Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. - Proficiency in SQL or other query languages is a strong plus. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in matrixed environments. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
