Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making within the organization. Your role will involve transforming Salesforce data into valuable business insights, accelerating performance, and providing intelligence at the executive level. You should be a problem-solver with a high sense of ownership and expertise in the Salesforce platform, analytics, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce analytics, including data architecture, dashboards, insights, forecasting, and reporting. - Develop and enhance Sales, Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product dashboards within Salesforce, with a preference for CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics/Tableau. - Analyze pipeline health, revenue performance, churn patterns, user adoption, and customer behavior to provide valuable insights. - Collaborate with leadership to drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. - Translate raw Salesforce datasets into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders like CRO, CMO, CPO, CFO, and CEO. - Create datasets, reports, and automation frameworks to streamline analytics processes. - Identify process gaps, automation opportunities, and performance enhancements proactively. - Ensure high data accuracy, hygiene, governance, and compliance standards are maintained. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of analytics experience, with hands-on experience working with Salesforce datasets. - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM data model, objects, relationships, and reporting. - Expertise in CRM Analytics, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python. - Demonstrated ability to build executive dashboards and business intelligence frameworks. - Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Experience collaborating with Sales Ops, RevOps, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams. - Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ACV, ARR, churn, win-rates, CAC, LTV, and cohort modeling.
