Lead - Finance Associate

Role Overview: As a Lead Finance Associate at uEngage, you will be a pivotal figure in driving financial planning, revenue intelligence, and profitability for the rapidly expanding SaaS business. Your extensive 10 years of experience will be crucial in ensuring consistent revenue growth by identifying revenue trends, potential leakages, and inefficiencies. You will serve as a finance partner to the leadership team, offering insights that directly impact operational efficiency and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue Intelligence & Predictability - Develop and manage revenue intelligence frameworks to monitor recurring revenue, churn, up-sell, and expansion trends. - Analyze subscription metrics (MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU) to forecast revenue accurately. - Identify revenue leakages and propose corrective measures. - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Take ownership of end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Translate financial data into actionable insights for business leaders. - Construct financial models to assess new initiatives, pricing strategies, and product profitability. - Process Optimization - Streamline billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes. - Ensure adherence to SaaS-specific accounting standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15). - Establish scalable financial processes in line with company growth. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to synchronize revenue reporting and insights. - Supply leadership with dashboards and reports highlighting key revenue trends and risks. - Foster cross-functional accountability for revenue outcomes. - Leadership & Mentorship - Lead and mentor a small finance team, nurturing analytical thinking and business partnership. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial strategy and growth levers. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred). - 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses. - Profound understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue models, and financial reporting standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights through data. - Experience with financial systems, BI tools, and revenue analytics platforms. - Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Demonstrated leadership skills and the capacity to influence without direct authority.,
