Chief Financial Controller

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our rapidly scaling organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability, fundraising activities, and ensuring sustainable growth. Collaborating closely with the CEO and the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy, optimizing unit economics, and leading fundraising efforts. If you have a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses and possess a passion for data-driven decision-making, then this role is tailored for you! Your key responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Financial Growth & ARR Optimization**: You will lead the financial strategy aimed at scaling Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from 15 Cr to 50 Cr and beyond. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing gross margins, enhancing LTV/CAC ratios, and improving overall unit economics. Collaborating with the CEO and leadership team, you will also work on pricing models and revenue diversification initiatives. - **Fundraising & Investor Relations**: As a key member of the team, you will spearhead Series A/B fundraising efforts, managing investor negotiations and due diligence processes. You will be responsible for developing financial models, crafting investor decks, and preparing board reports. Maintaining strong relationships with Venture Capitalists (VCs), Private Equity (PE) firms, and financial institutions will also be a crucial aspect of your role. - **Financial Operations & Compliance**: Your oversight will extend to finance operations, cash flow management, and working capital optimization. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations such as Ind-AS, GST, and tax laws, as well as managing statutory filings, will be part of your responsibilities. Establishing robust internal controls to safeguard against revenue leakage and fraud will also fall under your purview. - **Data-Driven Decision Making & Tech Automation**: You will drive the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, automated invoicing processes, and real-time financial dashboards. Leveraging deep financial analytics for revenue forecasting and cost management, you will collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate financial insights into operational processes. As the ideal candidate for this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 15 years of experience in the fields of SaaS, marketplaces, or fintech. - Strong expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic financial planning. - Proven experience in scaling startups, driving profitability, and optimizing unit economics. - Proficiency in financial automation, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making. - A startup mindset characterized by agility, hands-on approach, and readiness to contribute to scaling a high-growth company.,
