FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst at the company, you will be a key player in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes within the organization. Your role will involve deepening your understanding of SaaS business models and metrics while utilizing your strong analytical and communication skills to support various financial activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain financial models to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. - Analyse financial performance and provide valuable insights to senior management. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for review. - Collaborate with different departments to gather essential data and ensure accurate financial projections. - Monitor key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn rate, and customer acquisition cost. - Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Assist in preparing board presentations and investor reports. - Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology company. - Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis. - Advanced skills in Excel. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MCOM). - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI. - Knowledge of SaaS metrics and financial reporting standards.,
