FP&A Analyst

As a Finance Business Partner at Brown-Forman, you will have the opportunity to support and provide analytical insight to the local business team, working closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. You will interact with Sales, Trade/Customer Marketing, and Marketing teams to drive business decisions. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial activities of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare meaningful and actionable reporting including budget reporting, variance analysis, and depletions reporting - Coordinate with other team members and departments in the Month-End-Closing process - Ensure integrity of data, variance analysis, and management of reports focusing on Brand Expense, COGs, and SG&A - Develop and maintain local management reporting and forecasting tools - Support in the preparation of presentations related to Actuals, budget, and forecasts - Conduct ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and provide support in various Finance Team areas - Partner with the marketing team during planning/budgeting cycles to provide insights on brand profitability and past promotion effectiveness - Lead planning cycles for brand teams with a focus on Brand Expense - Analyze Supply Chain costs, variances, and profitability to identify optimization opportunities - Collaborate with Supply Chain Team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for efficiency in spends - Work closely with the contract manufacturing team to understand costs and ensure adherence to budgets - Provide financial guidance to local procurement, operations, and logistics teams for alignment with strategic goals - Represent the finance department in special cross-functional projects and support daily Finance department activities **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance & Accounting or Economy - 8+ years of finance experience with a multinational consumer products goods company or equivalent - Fluency in English language for everyday work - Strong financial and analytical abilities - Experience with software applications in accounting, budgeting, and valuation techniques (MS Office, SAP incl. Business Warehouse/BI) - Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint **Additional Details:** Experience in the wine and spirits industries or FMCG is preferred.
