Key Responsibilities: Financial Forecasting and Budgeting - Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow forecasts. - Assist in annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting processes. - Collaborate with departments to gather and consolidate budget inputs. Financial Analysis - Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends and key performance indicators. - Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Reporting - Generate regular financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Data Management - Collect, validate, and manage financial data from diverse sources. - Update financial systems and databases to maintain data integrity. - Ensure accuracy in financial reports and analyses. Process Improvement - Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems. - Streamline financial reporting and forecasting procedures for improved efficiency. Compliance and Governance - Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. - Support internal and external audits when necessary. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of financial planning and analysis or bookkeeping experience. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficiency in Coupa or similar expense management software. - Proficiency in Netsuite or other ERP systems. - Experience in veterinary or medical services is preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with basic Excel formulas for project efficiency. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills. Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Equivalent work experience at a top consulting firm, hedge fund, private equity firm, global bank, or industry service provider is also acceptable. - Additional qualification such as Chartered Accountant CPA or CPA candidacy is advantageous.,
