Job Title : Senior Manager – Marketing (Demand Generation) Location : Bangalore, India (Hybrid) Department : Marketing Experience: 6–10 years About Kapture.cx Kapture.cx is a fast-growing AI-powered customer service platform designed to deliver personalized, omnichannel support experiences. We empower enterprises across Retail, BFSI, Travel, and Consumer Durables to streamline service operations with intelligent automation and real-time analytics. Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Manager – Demand Generation to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and brand visibility. This role will be pivotal in scaling Kapture’s global footprint through a mix of performance marketing, strategic promotions, and analyst/partner programs. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content syndication, webinars, and paid media to generate qualified leads across target geographies. Growth & Performance Marketing: Own performance KPIs across channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, G2, review sites) and optimize for CAC, MQL to SQL conversion, and pipeline acceleration. G2& Review Platforms: Strategically leverage G2 and peer review sites to build credibility, collect reviews, promote rankings, and run campaigns to convert traffic to trials or demos. Analyst & Influencer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with leading industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to position Kapture in relevant reports and boost brand authority. Webinars & Events: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, industry conferences, and partner-led sessions that drive top-of-the-funnel interest. Marketing Automation & CRM: Work closely with the marketing ops team to build automated nurture journeys, integrate lead scoring, and ensure campaign ROI tracking. Sales Enablement: Align with the sales team to ensure lead handover, feedback loops, and co-creation of campaign assets like landing pages, collaterals, and case studies. Requirements 6–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a demand generation or performance marketing role Proven success in running integrated campaigns and achieving measurable pipeline results Experience using tools like HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, G2, and webinar platforms Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Exposure to working with analyst firms and peer-review platforms is a strong plus What You’ll Love At Kapture.cx Opportunity to lead global GTM campaigns at a fast-scaling SaaS platform Work with a talented and driven marketing team focused on innovation and experimentation Fast-track growth with ownership and visibility into business impact Open culture, and a chance to shape Kapture’s category leadership Show more Show less
