About the Role

We're looking for a professional who can own the entire funding architecture of the company from identifying capital sources to structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions that strengthen our financial backbone.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead funding and financial structuring across all projects.
• Structure debt, NCDs, bridge finance, and hybrid instruments suited for real estate.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution origination to closure.
• Build strong bank, NBFC, and private investor relationships.
• Maintain visibility on cash flow, repayment, and cost of funds.
• Present clear, lender-grade financials and investment notes for decisions.

What We Expect

• Proven experience in credit origination, private credit, or real estate funding.
• Strong grasp of deal structuring, documentation, and risk management.
• Ability to operate independently and take financial ownership of projects.
