Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Define and track Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for all team members. Develop and maintain job descriptions and role clarity for each position. Coordinate employee training, development, and skill-building sessions. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
