Job Description

Role Overview: As a Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading capital-raising initiatives by developing and implementing fundraising strategies. You will leverage your strong background in accounting and commerce to secure funds through investors, banks, and financial institutions. Your role will involve preparing and delivering compelling pitch decks, collaborating with senior leadership, and representing the organization in fundraising activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funds through investors, banks, and financial institutions. - Leverage existing networks and build new connections with venture capitalists, angel investors, private equity, banks, and other financial partners. - Prepare, customize, and deliver pitch decks, business models, and financial presentations tailored to different stakeholders. - Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with company goals. - Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to present accurate projections and returns to potential investors. - Negotiate terms and agreements with funding partners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Stay updated with market trends, investment landscapes, and funding opportunities. - Represent the organization at networking events, investor meetings, and industry conferences as the primary spokesperson for fundraising initiatives. - Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding fundraising progress and outcomes. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred). - 5-10 years of proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, financial consulting, or corporate finance. - Strong network and established connects with investors, VCs, PEs, banks, and financial institutions. - Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and business valuations. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create, modify, and present high-impact pitch decks and investor documents. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.,
