We are looking for a dynamic finance professional who will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s growth by leading all funding and lender-related activities. In this role, you will work closely with top management and directly engage with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and financial institutions to secure project loans, construction finance, and working capital. You will independently handle end-to-end lender interactions, documentation, CP/CS compliance, and ensure smooth, timely disbursements that keep our projects moving. You will take ownership of project cash flows, feasibility reports, and MIS, providing accurate financial insights that support key funding decisions. The role offers the opportunity to coordinate with valuers, legal teams, auditors, trustees, and insurance partners—giving you full visibility and control over the company’s funding ecosystem. In addition, you will contribute to accounts management, books finalisation, taxation, and lead RERA compliance to ensure complete regulatory discipline. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, visibility, and a central role in a fast-growing real estate organisation, with the designation and growth path open based on interview performance and experience.
