This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: chennai, Bangalore JobType: full-time We are looking for a data-driven and process-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will be at the core of our demand generation engine, focusing on optimizing marketing automation systems and lead management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up and managing marketing automation platforms, implementing lead scoring models, and ensuring operational excellence across the marketing funnel. Requirements Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation Management: Build, maintain, and optimize marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools. Collaborate with campaign managers and content teams to develop nurturing programs that engage and convert leads through the funnel. Manage email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and ensure deliverability best practices. Lead Scoring & Management: Design, implement, and continuously refine lead scoring models based on firmographic, behavioral, and demographic data. Work closely with sales teams to define qualified leads and optimize handoff processes. Monitor lead funnel performance and take corrective action to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates. Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and regular reporting on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI. Analyze key performance indicators to drive data-backed decisions and continuous improvement. Provide insights into campaign effectiveness, customer journeys, and engagement metrics. CRM & Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Maintain data cleanliness, standardization, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and technologies that improve team productivity and efficiency. Create and document scalable processes and playbooks for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting. Key Qualifications 3-8 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot). Proven track record of designing and optimizing lead scoring systems. Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, campaign execution, and lifecycle marketing. Solid knowledge of CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and their integration with marketing tools. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI dashboards. Excellent communication and project management skills.
