Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI
Strengthen brand presence across digital and offline channels
Oversee content strategy, public relations, and internal communications
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Lead SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social media, and influencer campaigns
Drive lead generation and nurturing to support the sales pipeline
Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to boost conversions
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance
Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in brand building, demand generation, and digital marketing
Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools)
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Exposure to global markets (EMEA, APAC, North America) is preferred
