Position

As a Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your primary responsibility will be to implement, optimize, and analyze paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, manage email marketing efforts through Zoho, and contribute to our SEO and content marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and engage with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of strategies and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and video) to maximize ROI and drive traffic to our website.
  • LinkedIn Ads Campaigns: Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting industry professionals and decision-makers, optimizing for conversions and engagement.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented to improve organic search rankings.
  • Email Marketing with Zoho: Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Zoho, including list segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking to ensure optimal open and click-through rates.
  • Content Marketing: Assist with the development and distribution of valuable content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, etc.) that supports SEO efforts and enhances customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Zoho, etc.) to monitor and report on the performance of campaigns across all channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales team to drive lead generation through all digital marketing channels, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the team to build brand presence and visibility online, ensuring messaging consistency across digital marketing channels.
  • Website Content Generation & Support: Contribute to website content creation, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, ensuring content aligns with our brand voice and SEO goals.
  • UI/UX Recommendations: Advise the web development team on best practices for website UI/UX design to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Provide input on navigation, layout, and functionality based on user feedback and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Zoho, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Clarity, and Webflow.
