Marketing Lead

Role: Regional Brand & Marketing Lead

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

Luxury Brand Experience

• Be the guardian of luxury and ensure every brand and customer interaction across the region cues luxury benchmarks defined.
• Conduct regular brand audits and touchpoint evaluations to uphold the Lodha standard of excellence.
• Ensure growth in brand growth in terms on awareness & purchase consideration in the region.

Projects Marketing

• Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team to drive campaigns. Track, optimize, and elevate campaign delivery across media and on-ground touchpoints.
• Orchestrate experience-led events to drive positive WOM for the brand.
• Ensure growth in brand growth in terms on awareness & purchase consideration in the region.
• Understand regional insights are incorporate in high-impact project launch campaigns.

Foundation initiatives

• Work with the Regional CEO to unearth powerful stories of impact, purpose, and change from our foundation efforts.
• Communicate and bring these stories to life through customers (booked, non-booked, rented) channel partners, vendors, employees, alumni and external/third-party workforce in that region, connecting the brand to causes that matter.

People & Community Communication

• Discover, celebrate and amplify success stories of internal & external community to the defined audience universe.
• Drive brand advocacy to reflect Lodha communities as thriving and the finest in the region.

Qualification: Masters in Business Administration or other related field.

Reporting: Marketing & dotted line to Regional CEO
