Marketing Lead

We are a new age men’s lifestyle marketplace creating a destination for fashion, grooming, accessories and brands focused on the modern Indian man. We are content first and community driven.Responsibilities

• Build brand strategy, tone and communication
• Lead launch planning and execution
• Develop content strategy for Instagram, Reels, YouTube and social platforms
• Create and manage influencer and creator collaborations
• Build a community of early adopters
• Track analytics, manage campaigns and drive growth
• Work with design, video, agency partners and production teams
• Hire and lead a small team as the brand scalesPreferred Experience
• 4 to 8 years in marketing, brand or content
• Experience with lifestyle, fashion, grooming or digital first D2C brands is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media, trending formats, content structures, hooks and storytelling
• Ability to take ownership and execute independently in a fast environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
