MIS Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to support our Import/Export (Impex) and Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, excellent command over Advanced Excel, working knowledge of Tally ERP, and a good understanding of accounting and documentation related to international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update MIS reports related to imports, exports, logistics, and inventory.
• Generate and analyze data reports to support decision-making in the supply chain team.
• Work with procurement and logistics teams to track shipment timelines and vendor documentation.
• Handle import/export documentation, including BOE, shipping bills, customs paperwork, etc.
• Maintain records of foreign payments, duty payments, and reconcile them with accounts.
• Operate Tally ERP for day-to-day accounting entries related to impex operations.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders for timely movement of goods.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management on critical supply chain metrics.
• Support audits and ensure all records are well maintained and compliant.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Shipping Industry setup.
• Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboarding, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP and basic accounting principles.
• Familiar with Supply Chain documentation and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate joining preferred.
