As a Maintenance / Electrician at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing routine mechanical maintenance and inspections on CNC machines such as Fanuc and Makino. - Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components like ball screws, guideways, bearings, linear rails, gearboxes, spindles, and couplings. - Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and maintaining maintenance checklists. - Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling CNC mechanical components as needed. - Checking and aligning machine axes, spindle runout, backlash, and lubrication systems. - Supporting installation and alignment of new CNC machines or retrofitting of mechanical parts. - Maintaining documentation of repairs, service logs, and parts replacements. - Collaborating with electrical maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and optimize machine performance. - Ensuring all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. - Monitoring the condition of machine tools and advising on part replacements or upgrades.
