Accounts Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tally Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling foreign transactions and will be proficient in using Tally Prime. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial records effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile foreign currency transactions, ensuring accurate accounting of international payments and receipts.
• Record and process financial data in Tally Prime, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all foreign transactions, including exchange rate calculations, cross-border invoices, and related entries.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, including foreign vendor and client accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and other statements related to foreign transactions and overall financial performance.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management, especially for international dealings.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial statements and other data to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Provide support during audits and ensure all foreign transaction-related queries are addressed promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Tally Accountant, with a focus on foreign transactions and international accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime software.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange rates, international accounting standards, and foreign transaction reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
