Accounts Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting tools like Zoho Books, strong audit knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Preparation and analysis of center-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

Facility-level budgeting and variance tracking

Generating settlement and reconciliation reports

Preparing Cash Flow Statements for planning and monitoring

2. Statutory Compliance

Timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax

Ensuring compliance with loan terms and maintaining proper documentation

Management of licenses and regulatory returns

3. Book Closure & Audit Support

Liaising with external Chartered Accountants to finalize books of accounts

Preparing for internal and statutory audits

Ensuring accuracy in vendor and partner reconciliations (e.g., Cult, vendors)

4. Daily Operational Accounting

Managing daily cash reconciliation across all locations

Tracking and closing vendor payables and receivables

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and compliance

Software Proficiency:

Must be familiar with: Zoho Books

Preferred knowledge of: Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, Busy Accounting, Marg ERP, Xero

Other Skills:

Strong grasp of audit procedures, compliance laws, and financial reporting standards

Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external auditors

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle high-volume transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
