Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Lead. The Marketing Lead will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, oversee market research efforts, and enhance sales processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, generating leads, and fostering communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to maintain alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
• Experience in sales and crafting effective marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and thrive in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM platforms is a plus
