Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to run our client’s social media pages and oversee online presence by;Creating engaging contentCreating strategiesMonitoring usage statisticsManaging social campaignsStaying up-to-date with digital technologies and social media trendsPossessing outstanding communication abilities.Briefly, managing the Client’s social media presence to grow the online traffic and consumer interaction to boost our marketing and sales efforts. Responsibilities & DutiesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsCreate multi-channel social calendars with complete ownership of the copy.Define important social media KPIs, set specific objectives, and report on ROIPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesCommunicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely mannerEngage in social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussionsMeasure the success of every social media campaignAnalyze competitor activity on a regular basisWork closely with designers to ensure top-notch content qualitySuggest and implement new content types to develop brand awareness and drive engagement Skills and Qualifications3+ years of proven work experience in social media, preferably in a B2B SaaS companyExcellent copywriting skillsAbility to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Understanding of SEO and web traffic metricsKnowledge of online marketing channelsExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with web design is an added advantage.Good understanding of social media KPIsExcellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices
