Social Media Specialist

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing /Digital marketing to lead our digital storytelling and grow Casagrand online presence. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and performance metrics especially within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Planning :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).

• Advertising & Budget Management :

• Coordinate with the digital ads team to plan and execute paid campaigns.
• Allocate and track budget spends across social platforms effectively.

• Influencer & Partnership Management :

• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and real estate bloggers.
• Manage partnerships and cross-promotions with complementary brands.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or related sectors.
• Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content.
• Proficient in tools like

  Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.

• Understanding of digital analytics, and paid social campaigns.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
