Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will develop content, run campaigns, analyze performance, and engage with audiences to strengthen our brand and generate leads for our IT/software services.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day social media interactions and community engagement.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Content Creation & Campaigns

• Create visually appealing and compelling posts, graphics, and short videos.
• Run paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for consistent messaging.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track social media KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and prepare reports.
• Analyze engagement, reach, and lead generation to optimize strategies.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Brand Building & Engagement

• Develop strategies to strengthen online brand presence.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
• Support marketing initiatives and product launches through social channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management (IT/software industry preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Strong content creation, writing, and design skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and paid campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
