Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to manage our social media end-to-end, create high-quality content copy, and design creatives using Adobe or other software. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in social media management, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create high-quality content copy, including captions, posts, and stories.

• Design creatives using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other software.

• Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and engagement.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

• Strong communication and content creation skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other design software.

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

• Knowledge of graphic design principles and visual storytelling.

• Certification in social media marketing or a related field.
