Branch manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our solar operations in the Malappuram region. The ideal candidate will oversee branch activities, handle field operations, manage sales teams, and ensure successful project execution. This role requires both office management and extensive field work to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Branch & Team Management

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations and ensure timely workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and technical teams.
• Monitor performance, set targets, and conduct regular reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar sectors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct field visits for client meetings, site assessments, and project follow-ups.

Field Work & Project Coordination

• Oversee site surveys, project planning, and installation activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Inspect ongoing and completed projects to ensure quality standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure after-sales service quality.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare regular sales, performance, and project progress reports.
• Manage inventory, materials, and operational expenses.
• Ensure timely documentation, billing, and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to work in the field and manage multiple projects.
• Good knowledge of solar products, installation processes, and site management.
• Valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
