Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial solar projects
  • Meet potential customers and explain solar products, benefits, and ROI
  • Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for closure
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain sales reports and update CRM / tracking sheets
  • Coordinate installation schedules with the operations team
  • Provide after-sales support when required

✅ Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (solar / electrical / hardware preferred)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way to customers
  • Must be willing to travel within Kochi / nearby areas
  • Malayalam and English proficiency required
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
  • Salary: 20000 + incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
