Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, Manufacturing at Wipro in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and overseeing integrated demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns to enhance the Wipro brand and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Sector Head and business teams to develop strategic marketing plans. - Execute demand generation and account-based marketing for existing and new accounts. - Develop marketing plans and contact databases for target accounts. - Analyze industry market trends, competition, and marketing strategies. - Generate, manage, and nurture leads aligned with business outcomes. - Analyze data, derive insights, and continuously improve results. - Partner with deal pursuit teams to strategize win strategies. - Work with specialists and agencies to organize engaging events. - Maintain project plans, track execution, report status, and manage budgets. Qualification Required: The ideal candidate for this role should be a collaborative and enthusiastic marketing leader with the ability to assess business opportunities and devise strategic marketing plans that drive business success. Previous experience in collaborating with senior business, account, and sales leaders is crucial, along with proficiency in integrating various marketing channels such as website, email, social media, and events. Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo or equivalent platforms, as well as effective communication skills, are essential. Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in strategizing, developing, and executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns in enterprise organizations is required.
