Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Pratra, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing performance through the design, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing automation workflows across email, web, and CRM
  • Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns to support the sales funnel
  • Create lead scoring strategies and improve data segmentation
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and optimize campaigns
  • Maintain CRM and marketing databases ensuring data accuracy and hygiene
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals
  • Conduct A/B testing, personalization, and behavioral targeting initiatives
  • Work with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation
  • Proficiency in at least one marketing automation tool (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:

  • HubSpot or Marketo certification
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization
  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals
  • Understanding of GDPR and email compliance best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
