Team Lead Dot Net MVC

Role Overview: As a Team Lead at Pratra, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve shaping technical strategies, solving complex challenges, and leading projects that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deliverables are met with high quality and on time. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and design. - Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies. - Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and risks. - Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve processes. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role. - Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework. - Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular. - Knowledge of database systems, especially SQL Server. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. - Proficient in version control systems like Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
