Role Description:
Marketing and Brand Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the growth strategy
 – Develop and execute multi-channel plans to grow users, engagement, and revenue.- Scale acquisition channels – Optimize paid, organic, referral, and partnership programs for maximum ROI.
 - Run experiments that move the needle – Create and iterate on A/B tests, funnel optimizations, and lifecycle campaigns.
 - Leverage analytics for insights – Use data to identify growth opportunities, track KPIs, and guide decision-making.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to build growth-focused features and campaigns.
 - Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, email, social media, content syndication).
 - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
 - Drive SEO/SEM strategy, content optimization, backlinking, and technical SEO improvements.
 - Manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and handoff to sales.
 - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
 - Work with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
 - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and emails to improve conversions.
 - Build landing pages and campaign-specific microsites using low-code or CMS tools.
 - Own marketing dashboards and lead attribution across the funnel.
 - Continuously optimize the funnel – Improve every stage from acquisition to retention.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. Travel domain is a plus.
 - Hands-on expertise with paid media, SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
 - Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels.
 - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
 - Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
 - Excellent project management and communication skills.
 - Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
 - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
 - Comfortable running growth experiments end-to-end.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

SEO & Website Optimization:

 - Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recording)
 
Marketing Automation & CRM:
- HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or Pardot
 - Salesforce, Zoho CRM (for lead syncing and tracking)
 - Zapier, Segment, or Customer.io for automation
 
Email & Campaign Tools:
- Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, or ConvertKit
 - Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow for landing pages
 
Analytics & Reporting:
- Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, 
 - Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager
 - Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Supermetrics
 - UTM builder tools, Funnel.io, or Heap
 
Nice to have for Content Collaboration:
- Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (ad creatives, banners, etc.)
 - WordPress, Contentful, or Webflow (CMS)
 - Notion, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp (project management)
 
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
 - Familiarity with CRO tools like
