About the Role

Manager – Strategy & Operations

The ideal candidate will use data insights to drive process improvements, monitor key business metrics, and ensure operational excellence across departments such as sales, supply chain, finance, and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between data, strategy, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support management in business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans and measurable KPIs.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes; suggest and implement improvements.

Business Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze sales, operations, and financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports for management review (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).
• Track key metrics such as sales performance, delivery efficiency, and receivables.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, accounts, logistics, and management.
• Manage inventory tracking, dispatch planning, and order fulfilment efficiency.
• Supervise execution teams to ensure timely delivery and process adherence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with multiple departments to align goals and streamline communication.
• Support the rollout of new business initiatives and pilot programs.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Excel / Google Sheets

  (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Exposure to

  business analytics or MIS reporting

  tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage data and people simultaneously, ensuring results.
