Job Title: Architectural Drafter/Junior Ar/Senior Draftperson Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi Industry: Luxury High-End Construction (Residential & Commercial) Experience Required: 5+ Years Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site Role) About the Client: Our client is a premium construction firm known for delivering luxury residential and commercial spaces with superior design, quality, and finish. They are now looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and working plans using AutoCAD or similar software. Convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings for construction purposes. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and the site execution team. Conduct regular site visits to ensure designs are being implemented accurately. Revise drawings as per client inputs or site conditions. Maintain documentation and drawing records as per project needs. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural drafting tools. Strong understanding of construction materials, detailing, and layout planning. Ability to interpret architectural concepts and convert them into technical designs. Willingness to visit sites regularly. Good communication and coordination skills.
