Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Interns to support our hiring mandates across industries. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and a great opportunity to transition into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Coordinate with hiring managers and update trackers Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation Support in closing open mandates as per TAT Who Should Apply: Students or recent graduates interested in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good at multitasking and coordination Self-motivated, with a proactive learning attitude Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting Perks: ₹5,000 stipend + performance-based incentives Certificate of internship Exposure to real-time recruitment processes Opportunity for full-time placement based on performance Show more Show less
