Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architectural and Interior Designer to develop innovative design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, BOQ, Quantity Calculation and 3D visualizations.

·      Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.

·      Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.

·      Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution.

·      Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

·      Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.

·      Manage project timelines and deliver within set deadlines.

Required Skills:

·      Expertise in making Architectural and Interior detail drawings.

·      Knowledge of space planning, color theory, and material selection.

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
