Job Description

Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist He / She will be responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing vertical, ensuring the seamless execution of creative, SEO, website, and 360-degree marketing initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with agencies, assisting the Senior Manager in day-to-day activities, and delivering measurable results in lead generation, branding, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Coordination: Oversee creative, SEO, website projects, and end-to-end 360-degree marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation: Manage monthly ad budgets across Google and Meta Ads. Achieve lead generation targets while lowering the cost per lead. Improve ROAS by 10-15% through data-driven insights and strategic campaign optimization. CRM & Sales Funnel Management: Optimize websites, landing pages, and sales funnels to enhance user experience and conversions. Manage CRMs to streamline lead tracking and sales coordination. Set up communication channels for efficient sales calling (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, Truecaller verification). Performance Analytics: Leverage data analytics to track KPIs, improve campaign performance, and bring in savings on ad spend. Deliver detailed MIS reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders. Branding & Campaign Execution: Develop and manage social media calendars, driving an increase in organic traffic and brand awareness. Plan and execute branding campaigns with agency, including outdoor hoardings, newspaper ads, and PR events like exhibitions and conferences.(whenever required) Cost Optimization, Market & Comp Analysis & Negotiation: Negotiate high-value contracts with suppliers and clients to improve marketing efficiency. Implement in-house campaigns to reduce dependency on external vendors, cutting costs significantly. Analyze the competitive landscape to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications & Skills Proven 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, and lead generation. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and CRM platforms (SellDo, Interakt). Experience managing monthly budgets of ₹8L or more. Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience in branding, PR events, and traditional marketing. Show more Show less
