We re seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Search and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will come from a digital agency background and have a strong understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing strategies.

About the Role:

As an SEM Specialist at HiveMinds, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all paid search campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. You ll work closely with the SEO and marketing teams to drive high-quality traffic, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute A/B tests, gather insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools.
Manage budgets efficiently forecast monthly costs, track spends, and resolve discrepancies.
Write and optimize ad copy and landing pages for PPC campaigns.
Continuously expand and refine keyword lists and bidding strategies.
Conduct competitive research and analyze advertising strategies of industry peers.

What You ll Bring:

1-3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
Proven track record in performance marketing within a digital agency setup.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
