Job Title

: Senior Specialist

Job Summary

We seek a highly experienced and skilled SEO Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive business growth.

You will lead the SEO team and work closely with other teams to optimize website content, conduct advanced keyword research, and analyze website data to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and a proven track record of SEO success.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
Conduct advanced keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization
Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic
Conduct advanced technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact search engine visibility
Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to develop and execute on-page optimization strategies
Monitor website traffic data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms
Lead and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance and results
Present SEO strategies and results to stakeholders, including executives and clients
Create SEO Pitches and Presentations to onboard new clients

Qualifications & Skills

Expert-level understanding of SEO techniques, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO.
Advanced experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.
Proficiency in conducting advanced keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization.
Ability to analyze website data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, web development, and design teams.
Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
Advanced knowledge of Schema nesting, Regex for SEO, log file analysis, and Technical SEO know-how
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create presentations and present complex SEO strategies and results to stakeholders, including executives and clients.
Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work on time.
Team management skills, to delegate and guide tasks to the team members, resolving day-to-day issues & upskilling them
Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical SEO issues.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development best practices is a plus.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or Masters in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success
