Job Title: Mid-Level 3D Animator Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Vasai Employment Type: Full-time Prolific 3D Tech is seeking a creative Mid-Level 3D Animator to join our Technical Animation Team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Maya, V-Ray, and simulation techniques, especially fluid and powder effects. You’ll create realistic 3D machine animations, rendered visuals, and simulations for pharma, packaging, and industrial clients. Responsibilities include: producing animations from 3D Models and technical assistance, setting up materials, lighting, and camera angles, generating rendered images, and assisting with video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Role : HR & Operations Executive — HR, Project Coordination & Client Communication About Us: Prolific 3D Tech builds compelling 3D animations and factory walkthroughs. We’re hiring an HR & Operations Executive to own HR processes and act as the bridge between our clients and 3D animation team — freeing leadership to focus on business development and allowing APM to focus on project execution. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, initial interviews, reference checks, offer coordination. Onboarding, employee records, attendance, leaves, PF/ESI coordination, payroll coordination. Employee relations: performance reviews support, grievance handling, exit formalities. Project coordination for 3D animation projects: collect client requirements, prepare & send regular status updates, maintain action logs. Client communication: single point for routine client queries, requirement clarifications and progress calls (escalate technical issues to APM). Project follow-ups: monitor timelines, chase deliverables, maintain project checklists. Documentation: maintain project files, client communication history and HR documentation. Vendor coordination for HR activities (recruiters, trainers). Ad-hoc operations support as required (meeting coordination, travel & logistics for site visits).
